Nordic Cap’s neon pink number 15 (really imaginative name eh?) needed something to spice it up and and my new holographic top coat from Enchanted Polish, Djinn In A Bottle, was perfect for the occasion. I applied three coats of holographic goodness and the rainbows became more linear with each coat
